Before using our service, please carefully read these terms. Only individuals who are of legal age should use editinghelp.co.uk. Any improper use is categorically forbidden. You have acknowledged that you understood, read, and agreed to all of our Terms & Conditions after you have placed an order on this website. If you submit a request and payment, you are deemed bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Interpretation Of Our Terms:
“Website” means editinghelp.co.uk
“Consumer/Customer”, “You,” or “Yours” refers to anyone submitting, bidding, executing an order, uploading any information, and transferring payments on this website.
“Company,” “We,” or “Our” refers to the editinghelp.co.uk website, a company incorporated under the laws of Cyprus with a registered office at 11 Briars Close, Aylesbury, England, HP19 9PN.
Messaging System is the software that makes sure customers and writers, or customer support representatives, can communicate without interruption.
An ‘Order’ means when a customer asks us to do a paid service, like writing something for them. This order tells us exactly what they want and what sources we should use.
Order Status shows how far along an order is and where it is in the process.
Service is what a customer gets as a result of their order. It’s an original piece of content that we write and send to them digitally.
Product Revision is when a customer asks us to edit the final version of what we’ve written, based on what they asked for in the beginning.
Quality Assurance Department is a part of our company that makes sure our products and services are good quality.
Support Team or Support is the part of our company that helps with the order process.
The Writer is a person who works for our company and writes things for customers.
The wallet is like a personal account for customers. It holds the money they can use to pay for their orders.
Affiliate Program is a special program for our existing customers. If they bring in new customers, we give them credits in their Wallet as a thank-you. We decide how much to give as a reward, and we can change it if we need to.
Order Placing And Registration
You place an order by filling out the Order form in the Application. We only provide services when you ask for them this way.
The Order form will tell us what work you want, the details of your order, and when you want it. It’s your job to give us complete and accurate information when you fill out the Order form.
When you sign up, you’ll give us your contact info like your name, email, where you live, and your phone number. If you have trouble making your account, just contact our Support. And if any of your contact info changes, it’s up to you to update your profile or tell Support about the changes.
If we find multiple accounts, we’ll put them together with your first account, the one you made when you first bought something.
Order Payment And Discount
When you order something, you’re agreeing to buy it from the Company. We only start working on your order when you’ve paid for it and the payment is approved.
The cost of the service is figured out based on the Company’s Pricing, and you have to pay it ahead of time as mentioned in the Order form after we’ve worked out what you need. We won’t be responsible for giving you the service until we’ve received your full payment and it’s been approved.
You can pay for orders with Credit Cards, Debit Cards, or any other methods we offer.
Sometimes, we might offer discounts or bonus programs to customers. You can use discount codes when you fill out the Order form to get these discounts. If you don’t enter the code in the right place on the form, you won’t get the discount.
We promise to give all customers the same info about discounts and bonus programs, no exceptions.
After we look at your order, we might ask for more money or more time to finish it. We can only figure out how much work is needed after we review it carefully. You can choose to agree to the changes and pay more if we ask, or you can decide not to work with us anymore. If you want to stop, we’ll give you a refund as explained in the Money Back Guarantee Policy.
Once you’ve booked something, you can’t transfer it to someone else or get your money back.
Your Personal Wallet
When you make orders and buy stuff from the Company, you can pay using any of the available payment methods that you like. If you ever get some or all of your money back, you have two choices. You can follow the Money Back Guarantee Policy, or you can put that money into Credits in your Personal Account.
One credit is the same as 0.79 Pound. You can keep as many Credits as you want in your Personal Account, and they don’t expire. You can use these Credits to pay for your future orders with the Company.
You decide when to move your money to Credits, and we only do it with your permission. Once the money is in Credits, you can’t get it back, but you can use it to pay for your future orders.
Sometimes, as part of our loyalty program, we might give you some extra Credits to help cover the cost of your future orders.
Order Verification: The Company has the right to double-check the Order details after you make the final payment. This is to make sure that we’ve understood and are going to meet your requirements. If we find any discrepancies, our Support team may adjust the Order to ensure we meet your needs.
Each order you place has to have a certain number of words. When we deliver the work, it should have the right number of words, even if it has fewer pages. For example, if we say a page is 250 words (double-spaced) or 500 words (single-spaced), that’s what we mean. If there’s a mismatch, you can ask us to adjust it.
Changes to Orders: You and our Support team can make changes to the work, but only if the writer hasn’t started yet. Once they begin, no more changes can be made. If your changes make the order bigger, more complex, or change the deadline, you might need to pay extra.
Materials: If you need specific resources for your work, you have to tell us and give them to the writer. If you don’t, and the writer has to find and pay for them, you’ll have to cover the extra costs. The deadlines for providing resources are:
- Within 30 minutes for orders due in 12-24 hours.
- Within 1 hour for orders due in 24-72 hours.
- A day in advance for orders with a 72+ hour deadline If you miss these deadlines, it might take longer to finish your order, and you might have to pay more.
Communication: We encourage you to talk to the writer using our messaging system or contact our Support team for more information.
Tracking Progress: You can check your order’s progress in your personal account. It will show you the status of your order. You can also reach out to our Support team, which is available 24/7, for updates.
Responsibility for Service Delivery and Deadlines: The Company is responsible for delivering the service and making sure it’s done by the deadline you set in your order.
Delivery Channels: After we provide the service, it’s your job to make sure you can receive it. We won’t be responsible for things like incorrect email addresses, spam filters, internet issues, or if you don’t provide the right contact info. If you need help with delivery, contact Support.
Downloading the Service: You need to download the service promptly after we provide it.
Delivery Method: We deliver all orders through your account on our website, specifically on the orders page.
Automatic Release of Funds: If you don’t take any action within seven days after the deadline, the payment will be released automatically. This is to protect our writers. Once the writer gets the full payment, we consider the work complete, and we won’t give a refund.
Free Revisions for Your Satisfaction: We offer free revisions to make sure you’re happy with the work. To get one, just send us a request in writing using the Messaging System within a certain number of days after we deliver your order. If it’s a big project like a dissertation, you have a bit more time. If you miss this deadline, you might have to pay extra for revisions or order editing.
When Revisions Might Not Happen: We might say no to a revision if your request doesn’t follow the original order instructions. In that case, you might need to pay extra for the changes.
Fair Revisions: We want to be fair to everyone. So, if we notice you’re asking for lots of revisions and it’s not reasonable, we might have to say no or limit how many you can ask for.
If your request follows all the rules in these Terms and Conditions, we’ll revise your work for free.
The Use Of Products
When making a payment for an Order, you agree it is for personal and non-commercial use only, and the payment you make is a reflection of the time and effort put into conducting relevant research and writing pertaining to your order as well as all the necessary maintenance and administration for Service delivery.
You are not to reproduce, modify, distribute or display the service in any way on the World Wide Web or in the form of a hard copy over a reasonable limit necessary for personal use.
Writers who work on behalf of our Company hand over the ownership of all delivered Products to the Company, that retains full copyright privileges of the Products We provide.
All Products are provided solely as an example of research, reference for learning purposes, or as a sample on how to perform academic writing. All Intellectual Property Rights and Copyright remain with the Company.
The Company’s Responsibilities
The Company is very serious about preventing plagiarism, cheating in academics, and any fraudulent activities. If anyone uses our products or website unethically or illegally, we won’t be held responsible.
We follow all copyright laws strictly. If a customer doesn’t follow our terms, they are responsible.
Our website might have links to other websites. We don’t endorse, approve, or guarantee that these links follow our rules. When you visit these links, you do it at your own risk based on our user agreement.
Security and Privacy
Our Privacy Statement has more details about how we collect, store, and use customer information. We may email customers about new services, discounts, or special offers, but we’ll never share their personal and billing information with anyone else. We use a secure online payment system for all transactions.
Our products are meant for research, reference, or learning how to write academic papers in specific citation styles (like APA, MLA, etc.). Any information or ideas from our work that are used later must be properly cited. Our service requires payment for the time and effort used to gather, organize, edit, and deliver the work. Limitation of Liability

We can terminate your use of our services if you provide false information, don’t cooperate during the ordering process, or engage in fraudulent activities. Spamming, spreading malware, or causing harm to our server or customers is strictly prohibited and can result in account termination. We can terminate your account and forfeit any fees without notice if you breach our terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, and any disputes will be settled in the Republic of Cyprus courts.
